Hi Manu.

Im having some issues with the game.

Basically the game crashes randomly and I get a Unity window loading and it crashes to windows.

I also having some issues with my pc at the moment.So maybe that is causing the problem.

I tried to play online this couple of days(today included) and all the matches crashed except from one.

The issue is that a LOT of elo was substracted from me because of this unintentional crashes.
For every match/set that crashed.30+ elo was substracted as if I had lost an entire match.
So I had 1460 elo before all of this,and now I have 1300.So more than 100 elo was substracted.
I remember in the past,games that crashed before the beginning of the match and no elo was substracted from any of the players.
So maybe this is a bug.

I dont know if you could check the match logs and give me back the elo that was unfairly substracted from me.
Except from 1 set that I lost to Unicah.The only online set that I could play without crashing.

Hello,

the game cannot differentiate between a crash and a connection loss, so you get the ELO penalty in both cases.

You should fix your PC because it's not normal to have the game crashing like this. 1st, try to update your GPU drivers. The next step could be to check your RAM if you have random issues (ie: not only with TE4) => https://www.tomshardware.com/how-to/how-to-test-ram . (I used MemTest86 several times but it was many years ago)

Once you have fixed your PC, we'll see for your ELO.

Hi Manu.

I have fixed the issue with my pc.It was something to do with an update from Windows.

Now everything is fine with the game.

Is there any chance to recover those elo points(a lot) that were substracted because of the unintentional crashes?
