it's in TE4, right ?

I checked and unfortunately, it seems Unity doesn't handle the "ù" key on french keyboards. However, if you switch your keyboard to an English keyboard (in your Mac settings), you should be able to use that key.

EDIT: I checked more and maybe I found a solution for the next update
