Hi,

I am playing latest TE2013 version, and using Maxou Patch 2016. But the crash I am facing never happened before with the patch, so I don't believe it is related to the patch.

So when I click next week, and I chose Paris Masters, the game freezes and I have to restart windows to get back to use windows.

I don't know why this is happening, I've played several years before and this is the first time it happens. Can you help me? I worked hard in this save and I don't wish to lose it.

I will upload the system.log.

Last time I downloaded installer was in 12 December 2017, so I think I already have it installed.

Your log says "Sep 18 2017, 19:01:16", so it was the demo, not the patch which should say "Jan 2018".

I will try today. I did not know that I downloaded the demo. Even so, how did it work if it was a demo...?

I've uninstalled, and installed the latest version. But same crash happens.

Full version = demo + your Key.

But you shouldn't install only the demo, install also the patch linked above. Now, you're on "Oct 11 2017" version.

I uninstalled the demo, and everything. And installed the full version : "Tennis Elbow 2013 v1.0j is released (Build 114-2017.8.29)". And the same carsh happened I uploaded the system.log earlier.
Should I still install patch?

okay, i've installed the latest patch. However, the crash is not gone.

I checked the log and I'm not sure what's going on but the last error messages are likely about the SurfaceSpeed from the Court.ini not being in the [-1;+1] range, so check all Court.ini of the current week and change their SurfaceSpeed if it's not correct.

Paris court.ini surfacespeed is set to 2.5

I don't know how this happened although I played it previously.

And setting it back to 1 fixed your issue ?

I set it to 0.5, and it is fixed.
