Game freezes when i press multiple buttons in matches

As the title suggest.Every time i play an online match and i press lets say the B1+ B2 fire button and try to move forward or backward the game freezes,stops.I have to release one of the buttons so it unfreezes.This is very annoying.

Hello,
I guess you're playing with the Keyboard & alt/ctrl.
turn off special shortcut in your Windows.
If you can't find them, just change the keys you use for the Fires.

I changed Keys and it Worked.Where can i find the other thing in my Windows? I used the Q,W and E Keys and i have Windows 7
