I closed the game and restarted it after having lost my Internet connection temporarily. When I reopened it and tried to find online games, the message about the license key already being in use appeared. Then, I tried to play the CPU in a match, and that is when I received the message about Bug #531 (TE2009 - Error!).

The problem was found to be that my player's profile was corrupt (CC.ini). I was able to repair it. Besides, I had a backup of this. Everything is working fine now. I don't know what caused the corruption. This has happened in the past, though, even with TE2006 (the corruption, but not necessarily the bug number).
