some times recently when i play the game just goes in to really slow motion and even when i close it and open it again it is in slow motion, i have to open the game 5/6 times to get it normal then it only lasts a few points before it goes all slow mo again. does anyone know the problem?

turn on the FPS display in the "Misc Options" and tell me what FPS you get when the game is in slow motion.
It may be related to your PC having a program taking a lot of resources (example: a backup running in background).

Ok, so that's really low (normal = ~60).
Could you post your "C:\Program Files (x86)\Tennis Elbow 2013\System.log" ? (mainly to check if the game can use Hardware 3D or not - you'll need to register to be able to attach files to your post)
