TE 2005 Preview bug!

I am here to inform you that your preview option for TE 2005 is messed up. I have set all human player's preview to nothing and in the shareware demo, I still see the preview cross bar!
Additionally, I have paid for this product on the 13th of June. When will I receive my key.txt file?
