Yeah. Nothing was easy for me in this match. You have played very aggressive tennis in first two set. True I was waiting till your form won't be as good as in two first sets... Btw if today is deadline of first rounds it won't be an interesting part of tournament :/

I defeat LetsGoBro
I guess that in future I will consult mods for people with ping like this.
Playing on 267 delay is everthing just not tennis and showing some quality on court.
I guess that only my experience make this win and I hope that will never play against him again.

The max. delay according to the rule is 250 and 5% lag if my memory is correct. You have the right to call for RL if needed.
I know this can be frustrating but this is a global tour so it is normal to play with guys from different countries and continents with
varied delay.

Congra anyway :jap:

And personally I don't buy into the "you can only rely on serve when the delay is high" theory becoz I played with guys who ballbash my 220kmh wide serve to the corner catching the line with incredible depth under 217 delay that I cant even touch it AGAIN AND AGAIN. So unreal. :annoyed:

Skill > Game Setup
Don't blame on delay when you can't return serve.

R2: [8]Maryanucci def. LetsGoBro 6-4, 6-7(8), 6-4, 7-6(8)

It was so glitchy at times that I couldn't even see the ball. Those epic frame skips  :geek: I tried shortening the points because it was a nightmare trying to rally with him. But returning serve was the worst part. Couldn't even get back 90 MPH average speed kick serves  :applause: Actually the delay was 233 ms, and lag ratio averaged between 0-2%; so well under the rule. But I agree with Maryanucci, it wasn't pleasant most of the time. So apologies for that. We'll do RL in future meetings. Anyway GG and GL.

Yes return was awfull. It's nothing personal, its not Your fault, I just would be happy if any of non-european players have a great connection to the server.
Game would be more fun. :sad5:

Re: R2 Heinrich von Westphalen vs. SAMI

I hoped the premiere of my career at the US Open would be a good one but unfortunately, things turned out differently. This guy decided to break any good behaviour, including serving from corner, celebrating net clips with gestures, pausing game, LOLing at UEs etc. pp.

I thought very carefully about some good words, so congrats for the two breadsticks you've won due to serving from corner + lagging at 90ms (how do you do this?) ...

Kind regards,
Heinrich von Westphalen.

Too strong for noobs like me. I tried to net rush becoz I know I cannot beat you when I play my normal game. But it's proved to be of no use and I am still schooled. Gd Luck in the rest of the tournament. You are amazing. :jap:

R3 Heinrich von Westphalen vs. Nigogu

Postby Heinrich von Westphalen » 28 Aug 2014, 23:53

R3 R Heinrich von Westphalen def. Nigogu 2/6 1/6 7/6(0) 7/6(3) 7/6(2)

Pretty enjoyable match for both sides with a lot of fun, some thrilling moments and a lot of incredible shots like drop smashes and a wonderful drive volley slice lob. Unfortunaly he became nervous in important moments and couldn't use his chances.

In summary a very fair match with a solid player and wish him all the best for the rest of the season.

Oh, such a beautiful stat... Image

When the connection problems were gone, your cats bothered enough to keep me up in the first two sets  .
After that, you were just too strong in tie-breaks of the rest of sets :blackeye: .
Thanks for making this one of the funniest matches i've ever played, especially at net :) .

Go for the title Heinrich :applause: :!:
