It is currently not technically possible.
There would have to be a 'Retire from tournament' option for that to work, and probably something like "Apply for Lucky Loser position" option (to simulate that people who wants to be eligible as LL, has to stay in the tournament place, as subs for the Finals have to go where it's being held) too.

In 90% of all the ATP tournaments there isn't a Lucky Loser Spot, it becomes available if someone retires in 1st or 2nd round without playing it's match (& with enough time to play the new match in normal conditions). This retires are commonly injury retires, in this case (Online Tennis Game), only a finger fracture would be a real injury ':D
