2:how to serve a 100KM/H 。 i download a dmo . Heinrich always serves and really good.

I'll try to answer your questions from my point of view ...

• There's no difference. I just use left hand out of habit because I am left-hander.
• I use this very slow kick serve only to push opponents in an uncomfortable position and force them to attack. But take care ... return is usually very dangerous which requires very good reflexes and a lot of practise to turn it into a powerful counter.
• I don't know why it's forbidden ... maybe it was overused by some players. I use it only to counter very angled shots or to control very well placed drop shots.
