Hi,

Did i dream or i read somewhere that it's forbidden to play lob as serve return or during rally with the 2 players on the baseline ??

i'm sure i read it but didn't succeed to find it

Could you update the rules and insert a fair play behaviour about lob during rally ?

i say that because some players play sometimes a lob during a rally : in this case, it's hard to return without a fault from the baseline and if you return a slice-smatch (B2), it lets enough time to the lobber to come to the net and win the pt or to make a fast accelerated shot

If you don't want, so please correct the return of lob in the baseline (high % of error)

It's easy to smash from the baseline, just place your player at the end of the Danger Zone, in the middle instead of the left/right green zones. And if you're quick to react, you might even have time to smash it near the service line.

Quick notes :
- in real life, _I_ can lob & dropshot on return and I'm no Federer (Fed can dropshot 200km/h serve on clay, I saw him doing that at RG2012)
- in TE, lobs have been an issue for some players since forever, and I personally played against the player who was doing that the most and didn't have any issue after the first 3 or 4 lobs (just had to step-in to smash the lob when he was lobbing), and that was before I did some nerf on lob, and added the shoulder height acceleration, and remapped the skills (so now the minimum smash skill is 25% instead of 0% in the past), so lobbing in rallies is now really not much of an issue anymore if you have a minimum of nerves & reflexes.
If for some reason, there's still some real unrealistic abuse/game exploit, then => .Dmo , and I'll see if it really needs fixing or not.

supperlosser i saw sth too .
some weeks ago i saw the rule in Online Tour&RULE said "can not lob if both are in baseline and can not use short slice.
but now i can not find in that topic.
who change it .....
not real for someone to do a lob by mean.

yes it's true !!!!!! i saw the rules changed just before the season starts :
- no lob during rallies with the 2 players behind the baseline
- no short slice

and now the rules have disappeared !!!??

WTF mods ?

i can be sure in the topic Online Tour &Rule. it is used for the online tourments.
topic13-4767.php 100% sure in this topic because i read it word by word three times. the rule is in the match rule near the service.

i really think lob both in baseline should be banned.
do you see any players to do many lobs if both are in baseline in real life......
i make sure these players who often lob do not have good defense...
