Mashapova Por,
are you just out of a time machine ? Since December 2011, the game is _fully_ playable up to 350-400ms ping and still very enjoyable up to 500ms (and even 600ms if you don't play at the net). Before that, even with 200ms it was already shitty.
And I'm surely one the best to talk about Delay. Why ?
1- Coz the Tour is not made for the top 10, it's made for whoever wants to play (up to 500ms ping with Europe & USA, though ;) ), even if he's not that good !
2- I created the game
3- I play online, even if not a lot
4- I played with all sort of Delays
And for the little story, I have been a top player in a bunch of online games, and I can tell you there's a big difference between a real top player & a self-proclaimed Elite ass : the later whines as soon as he starts to lose about the "bad conditions" (or conveniently gets disconnected/disappears/etc...), the former mans-up in such conditions and plays even better..! :headbang:
Also, even I don't play that much, I'm already in the Best 15% of the online players (Top 25% if you count only the people who really played a lot)...

Delay issues at the time of Chiller had _nothing_ in common with today Delay issues, which are minimalist.

Your whining sounds like a real tennis player who would say "I only play with 10km/h wind, with a sun at 30° over the horizon, at a temperature of 22°c, and if anything changes from that and I loses, it's coz my opponent was used to that conditions and I wasn't" ... Yeah, that's the spirit of the champions...

If you enjoy playing with awful glitches and random animation changes because of the "awesome" anti-lag mechanism, well, I don't think we can argue with that

adner,
"2 or 3 glitches per set" vs "no play", I choose the 1st option every time, but maybe it's coz I like to play...

But I'm talking about glitches/animation lottery happening in almost every point, such as in my recent gruelling match vs mr Victoria Azarenka VA. Since you made a comparison to real tennis conditions, playing like this is like playing drunk when you think you see opponent hitting one shot but in fact he hits another.

The only thing that would bother me is if there's enough players to found two parallel tours.

I agree with you :)

Actually, some of the best players in the game in Asia did not play the tour (or) did not get an opportunity to pass through RLs and LRs lol.
Back then in 2009 there were barely any asians who would win titles on tour because we all had the tour rules against us.
Hmmmm i find a racist here. We all know what a loser Alexjasmins is!!! No wonder he showed his naked pics to some of the Asian friends i know, just to have Webcam sex lol. Alex is also an untolerable loser, who puts a talk with bad words just because he always keeps losing and thinks he is the best even when losing lol. Wow European tour! Anyways I would like to bring few arguments over here where some of these people think Asians do not have the best players in the world which is kinda insulting Asians. I wanted to play tour but I just couldn't because I know there would be a bashing of these racists on me as I used to play from Maldives. Now i am not playing this addicting thing anymore. I played this game back in 2009 when, to my knowledge few Asian players are really solid if not the best in the game. Few are nikuson, Jai, Me :P( I used to play with the name Puttick), but nikuson lost his touch last year because of new updates favouring Full version guys,so he left the game now. Nikuson was the best defender i played against and will forever be my choice. Jai was an incredible volleyer if not the best volleyer i played against. I am volleyer/defender. I also seen Jai having slightly better connection with Europeans and he almost won every European back then and the only players who troubled Jai were from Asia: nikuson and me....So he always played us and told us that the level of Voja is less than his! which was true because we saw Jai beating Voja in his prime during normal matches on list. So stopping mocking us as Laggers. In fact if most of you guys played us in "same house" without having lag issues and normal connections, I bet you will change your opinion of thinking "We are the best" It's good that Jai (Nadalesque) won the French Open beating Voja. Its just a proof of my words. P.S. Stajus is a loser, ignore him

E=mc²

I think this not the subject ...
And regarding this part:
"but nikuson lost his touch last year because of new updates favouring Full version guys,so he left the game now", i think it's not a good reason. Look at the price of the full version : peanut ... and think about all the work done by Manu for this game
To buy the full version = respect for the author

After, that's true there are a lot of ***** people in the tour and i think that high delay and high % of lage kill the game

Just my opinion...

Tene,
I don't know how lack of custom strikes makes gameplay more difficult?

Rpha , i find some strike styles very amusing. I play very good defense and i always watch the body of my opponent and the ball whenever i move. But i think few strike styles are quite hard to figure out of what kind of shot he hits. I saw many top guys hit a dropshot showing a powerful forehand sometimes. Also some guys with Nadal or Roddick strike styles are kind of unreadable at times to which shot they hit. I cant say one particular thing. But i see there is a difference between strike styles which are quite effective. I hope i could get them....But could not afford to buy the game now
