Luck is on my side again, few points in tiebreak decided the whole match. He totally surprised me with his volley style. I couldn't do anything on his serve. He was playing better than me, he even had couple of break points in 2nd set. First set no one had any chances till 9/8 for me. He missed his first service and i returned good on 2nd serve. He was a bit better than me in 2nd set, he had 1 or 2 break points but couldn't convert them. FIrst point in 2nd set tiebreak was crucial, he missed an easy smash. After that I won all my service points and I managed to win 2nd set & a match. Fair & friendly player, good game & good luck next tournament. :D

I totally agree with your analysis of the match.
I decided to play volley style because he is too strong from the baseline for me. I also had many lucky points (net cords) but he had them in the most crucial moments!
Fair and nice player GG and GL for the rest of the tournament :D

We both played a solid match, but the luck was on my side today and my serve was incredibly good, 1st serve % was 83 which is unusually high for me and it helped me alot. I was also able to defend pretty well, and I had a good match overall. He made a little bit too many unforced errors aswell. But he is a very good player and I like his game, he will be high on the rankings soon. Good game and good luck for the rest of the season! :)

Well her serve & guesses annoyed me so much especially in the 2nd set but it was a competitive match in general. GG & GL in the future.

Lots of break points for both of us, I broke him twice in the first set and he broke me once, in 2nd I broke him once and it was enough this time. He gave me a lot of pressure on almost all of my service games, but I managed to pull through. A very enjoyable match, I hope to play him soon again as he is a very good and a fair player. GG and GL in rest of the season! :)

After a hard fought 1set I feel stupid that I played so foolishly in the tb to let him win, and in the 3rd nothing worked out for me. He was very good though, but I just don't feel like I deserved to loose today, but he deserved to win also so meh. Good luck in the final.

Had 5-2 first set but he started to play really good and won 5 games in a row. 2nd set was even, few lucky points in tiebreak decided the set. 3rd set he lost concentration and he started to miss a lot of balls and i managed to win it with 2 breaks up. Overall another thriller I'm happy I finally beat him in tournament. Fair player, better luck next time.

I've got so many "black holes" in my game it's incredible. I cannot believe how many opportunities I missed, I'm so angry at myself. I had 3/1 15/40 on his serve for a double break, of course i missed it. I had 0/30 at 5/5 again blew it. I started bad in tiebreak but somehow I managed to comeback to 5/5 and a serve. Once again i blew it with another unforced error. At 6/5 in tiebreak i had easy backhand-cross but i missed it 2cm wide. I started to play more aggressive in 2nd set, risking 2nd service which paid off. Once again i broke him first and had 4/2 lead. Had 40/30 and a serve but he played some inspirational points there to re-broke me straight back. After that he won 2 games in a row pretty easily and he finished the match. Good game, Congrats on the title!

3 finals 3 losses, hopefully i'll get it one day. :D
