After seeing final decision from tour moderator Maxy I need to say that I am give up on this situation, this case and consequently on this tournament.
Let it be on your honor and integrity of you as a just judge and good moderator, a decision you've made.
I'm not going to question a judgment that you ruled. Just want to say few things about the case.
I need to say that after seeing your decision i have to conclude one of 2 things:
-Either you had believed his lies (I will later show you his countless proven lies with me and here on forum)
-Either you are his friend, and you were being bias.
This is why..
As you mentioned, in your ruling, he was guilty just a little bit more than me (I want you to think again about that "just a little bit" after reading this), but after all, you said, we are both guilty <- that is one of reasons for this post -showing you that you were being misguided and fooled by his elusions, delusions and lies...
Well.. let me just remind you what happened:
---I won first set (same as every game played with him), after which he started attacking me - for which he should be banned (I will show you later why**)
---He quieted game, and left - he should be disqualified for that too (even if i didn't wanted that)
---He than came here and falsely reported that i retired - for which by the rules he should be also disqualified.
I am writing all of this not because I care for win or tour or anything else, I already gave up on tour because this case. It is because I want him banned! I am sick and tired of those morally and ethically low players who are ruining the fun in game for everyone else.. And I want to warn any other player not to play with him, he already have many many complains for rude behavior and insulting so its maybe late for those guys. I have been insulted really countless times playing tennis, and I don't care, i allays forgive them and continue on like nothing happened, But case with with Marin is different for many reasons and I want him Banned.
** Marin started attacking me during this match because i come to net and made point with volley shot (in whole match with over 100 points i came only few times to net). In our previous match he attacked me (saying not pleasant things to me) because i played several times diagonal ball, yes, yes you read it well, not short diagonal, or anything weird, but simply regular normal diagonal ball.. Imagine someone screaming and insulting you for not only playing shots through the center of the field!?
Its not all, match before that one he started insulting me (witch he will later deny -

topic37-9158.php#p112095) because i was playing on elite controls with tiredness on (why do you join some controls you don't like? And than start insulting opponent..).
So in every (every! not even one normal) match i played with him he tried to attack me for something.
You can see here that it is obviously his tactic to try attack and provoke and insult opponent, cause its not important, just to get more of useless elo..
I had reason for telling this part of story, you`ll see. Lets back to last match in Metz tour.
After all of this he send me massage in witch he wrote that you (Maxy) told him it will be ret for him. I suspected that he made up some story, because any sane person would see what is happening if presented to objective view of this situation.
What he lied abut is that all of his **** behavior is caused by one pause witch lasted max 10-15 sec, witch didn't interrupt anything, especially not important part of game like match point or similar, it was after finished game. Pause occurred when Voja on msn asked me whats going on, and I just answered - I am playing tour with Marin, see ya later - that lasted 10sec or max (but max) 15 sec, even if i would say 10sec. He claimed first it was min 1min. but later he corrected himself and claimed it was 30sec. This is very clear situation because we have mr. Voja as a witness here, you can simply ask him, and case should be closed.
After mentioning to him 'it was Voja', he started screaming on me - 'that he has pain in his dick because of it'.. didn't quite understand whats that about, maybe he needed some help or waned to compare our
, not sure abut it..
But there is one thing more important here in exposing his lies** and excuses than this, and it is that he claimed that this pause was cause of his attacks and inappropriate behavior. But this is obsolete lie, because as i have shown you earlier, hi attacks his opponents without good reason (rather- for not sane reasons), and in this case he attacked me because i saved braik point with coming to net and made volley point. He started screaming on me because came to net!!!!!????? I mean, do we need to talk anymore? Really!? Same as earlier, screaming for simple diagonal ball.. and earlier for... countless thing that can be described as not really sane and normal. Ironically he told me among other things I am not normal, because that volley point..
In begging i have asked him, in case we continue our match, what if he does all of this again? after I asked him that question several times, and he didn't answer, meaning he have intentions to do it again (and you know why? Because he was never properly punished for his behavior). In fact he did it soon after our match not once, but 2 times -

After this case he continue provoking me and started really annoying me afterwards.. he didn't stop provoking me with his claims, coming here and lying so much and despite that calling me a lair.. and in same time ignoring every one of my questions send to him.. If he had just only said sorry or whatever after, all of this would be over in that point.
I had many more things to say/wright about this case, but maybe if I add more of this refined toppingly ripping and properly constituted literary piece of art someone could maybe think i wrote just little to much, so in this way, by me not writhing anything more i think this ideally just right length and size for my ambitions to become literary mega amazing giant elevated distinguished gentleman of players galaxy on Tennis Elbow forum..
