I haven't played since 2010 or so ! so yeah I have surely lost some touch

Go to user control panel > Profile, then post ur msn adress in front of "WL/MSN Messenger" and put the time u are able to play in front of "Occupation". I guess thats all, tell me if it doesn't work..
then press on US Open in tournament list, and press on "Enter this tournament Queue"

uhm ok ! but I don't exactly when I am available ... can I just put late in the evening and sometimes during the day GMT+1 ? lol
