I always thought it's harder (and more tiring) to hit constantly big accels when the high rebound of clay + spin makes most of the balls high and above shoulder height, and that tall players have an edge on slow/bouncy surfs (for example Isner having no trouble at all vs Nadal's spin at RG 2011) because they can hit most balls at perfect height so the spin doesn't bother them ?

You won all of those points, it was almost a gift that I didn't care enough to realize you weren't hitting parallel shots but crosscourts in that situation.
btw, it was only when you had hit a crosscourt forehand to my backhand and I hit it back with a rather crosscourt (most of the times landed at the middle) to your forehand. (and never the opposite) I was expecting another shot to my backhand so I stayed there... what a sin
I have some issues seeing what's happening in my forehand side it seems, I'll check that so I can win in here.

Florian,
small players will have difficulties against heavy spinner on clay (ie: need to stand very far from baseline), but you didn't have big spin in that match.
