It seems like he's been causing the same problems since Hershenbog (excuse my spelling) and maybe b4. Apparently he's a very good player but keeps screwing things up for himself. I guess he's the guilty one.

On the otherhand, he'll probably feel hard done by, not knowing that when he played Dr. Marin he was playing Cesc Fabregas and that result counted. If he's entirely aware of everything, you should be given the win.
