Marcello Lippi vs The Maestro paused at 6-1, LAG. There is crazy lag, like 32% and no matter what delay is set we can't play. I laboured through the first set hampered by the lag which just kept getting worse and we tried again today to no avail. If it doesn't get better I'd like to look into the possibility of getting LR because I really can't return, serve or defend in such lag.

6-1 5-5 and you don't want to play and you just said that you can't play tomorrow and at tuesday.
Lag is terrible for me at 2 nd set,at first set it wasn't so bad...
I really don't know why you have to pass to 2nd round because it's lag and for me too at .. If we can't finish is going RL.

I can play now. Well LR should be the first step b4 RL. RL is last resort and we're playing so RL shouldn't even be considered. Anyway in the first set it was bad, I just didn't want to complain. My serve percentage was very low because of it. This match has just been irritating on the whole and hate that lag is ruining my chances of progressing. The top players usually ask for LR very quickly but I'm trying my best to play through it. For most ppl our lag ratio would be unplayable.

Marcello Lippi def. The Maestro 6-1 7-6. I feel like yelling out a bunch of expletives right now! I should have won the tiebreak and could have won the match if the lag set wasn't counted. The connection was finally good in parts of the second set and the last 3 games of the match. I cannot accept such a defeat in a very winnable tie. I know i missed like two big chances in the tiebreak and this defeat will hurt after hoping to do well here and going away with nothing. Now I have to move on to Wimby where I hope I don't have problematic matches. Congrats to Marcello for winning but next time I'll be less kind and ask for LR. I'm tired of all this misfortune.

It was a great match, he deserved to win although he was really lucky in that last game...he played great on his serve but i managed to earn myself 4 or 5 BP's and unfortunately i used just one...there were some fantastic shots from his side although i dominated at the net... :D

1.set...there were no break points in the first, we held our serves comfortably and just one minibreak separated us in the breaker, he played a great point and passed me at 4-3 :applause:

2.set...i started playing much better on his serve and he couldnt do much more on mine and it went to my side at 3-3 where i got to 0-40...he saved 2 BP's but he missed his FH by a milimeter at the 3rd and gave me the break which i held with ease till the end of the set :blackeye:

3.set...looking at the whole set, he was very lucky but i cant complain as i won a bunch of matches in a lucky way  I had a huge chance at 1-1 where i got to 15-40 but i have to give credit to him, he played fantastic on those and saved it :applause: We held relatively comfortably till 5-4 where he broke me to win the match and unbelieveably, he broke me to love  I really cant remember the last time when i was broken to love  I missed 2 volleys unexplainably, he guessed the side where i volleyed like 3,4 times in one point and on MP he hit a ball on the outside of the line so my player couldnt hit a volley  And in all those points he guessed my volleys a few times and i couldnt hit a winner...that was also his first BP of the match, so 1/1 conversion for him :applause:

Really great match, you deserved to win, GG and GL!
