Retirement - no more "waste of time"

hey,
sports spirit and fair play which in my eyes should be the main task for mod's r not handled correctly anymore - i'm sure with mod's like Klaus or Kingsley there wouldnt have been such a ridiculously poor treatment of players e.g. as with adner....
from what concrete reason i retire? it's only a logical consequence of the gruff, harsh, bitter, coarse and craggy tour....the acquaintance is just unacceptable,
players like "morris" who continue playing whilst opponents had to pause (tel or something..) and who r proud of scoring a result which was never played - only just to come into next round, no matter how fair this is...such players make this tour disgusting to me , this expressionis absolutely the best one for this! it's just D I S G U S T I N G!!!!! and it's only sad to have a cohort of mod's but no one is able to care for a good commerce, to stand up to such "undeserved `players`'" in order to accomplish an atmosphere where everybody can feel well without conscience-proof!

so i say good bye to this tour, i will never play again tournaments...
sad, but there's no other way-....

plz delete all my points and of course all my tournament- queues/registrations....i dont wanna see my name anymore over or under other player's names which belong to an attitude which is epitome of unsportly behaviour and absolutely not my opinion

sorry, but to have "rules" that a score gets posted which was never the result on court but the wish-result from one player who continued the game inspite of a pause from the opponent (due to important tel...)
-that was too much, i would have agreed and would not have come to this conclusion or retirement if adner would have said: ok, let's give him the victory but we say the truth and fix the score into the draw when the match was breaked up - not the "score" after one player didnt actually play anymore..??? so where is the problem with 76 33 ret.??? instead of 76 63?
so, this is your style - ok, continue like this - i dont care...

bye!

PS: a special thx for the nice time on tour goes to: marzo, maxy, klaus, kinglsey and josifoski ;)
cya!

ahja, i wanna explain the title of the thread: "waste of time" - because adner meant i would have wasted morris' time pausing the match......maybe the discussions we had in msn were even more "waste of time"!!!!
its interesting that morris had time to take part in the conversation, but didnt wait for me in the match...

bye

Petzschner i know how u feel ;) totally understand you. And the incredible is that when u look at the tour anyone can be a mod, been playing for years and its incredible how they change mods. Adner is such great mod, just got banned cause of him cause i wanted to give up because was laggy he calls me sore loser(GREAT EXAMPLE FROM A MOD), keeps calling me that on msn so yes I insulted him. So what he does? Gossips to manutoo when he started, well this is the mods we have in TE. a game I loved, was happy to play tourneys. Wish all was like 2006/2008 before this new generation arrived... Take care man

Best Regards

only an addict guy as you, can be angry for this situation.....I will asked only one question to you....because from your words you seem a fair player......is fair on score 5:3 go away for 10 minutes??....and after when you return break your opponent? I think this is not fair coz as Morris said this game is based on the concentration and rhythm.... topic23-6017.php&start=15 ....and them the same things you did in the second set, this is not a comportamente of a player in the twenty-eighth position.....

and look what happened to me a few weeks ago .... I did not say a word!! why? many will say because I'm stupid .... but I'll say coz I m not addicted of this game, and I like to play fair ..... I could have called LR, because it was impossible to play but I went ahead and lost 6-4 6-4 ... I did not say a word, and at the end of the match i congrat with my oponent! :jap:

I think Morris did that once against Gaithoun too when he had to go.. I guess the score should be 7-6 3-3 ret. but Morris should have waited a little more cuz sometimes people get some circumstances (Probably more important than TE)..
Anyway Petzschner, don't retire but in the future before you start a match try to be sure that you can finish it  And Morris, next time when this happens to you, come talk to me or to other mods. Cya..
