Call for new Tour Moderator !

Maria Sharapova would like to lower his implication as a Tour Mod, by taking care only of the rankings, and possibly of the tournaments / registrations / draws creation & announcements.
Algo could step up as "welcoming newbies" Mod, and for other small stuff, and maybe also as helping pep to organize their match.
Ivan Ljubicic isn't much available nor online lately, so he can't care of too much things.
eronakold is also currently not available.
So what we miss mostly now is a Mod able to resolve conflicts, and take decisions about WO, Random Luck, Lag Rule, find cheaters, and any time 2 players have problems with each other.
This is a difficult task, and so we need someone who :
- isn't a dictator apprentice
- has decent English skills (not necessarily perfect, though)
- didn't get banned since at least 1 year
- has enough time, and can be online on MSN often (you have the right to ban people still harassing you after a couple of warnings, though
)
- can resolve conflict without insulting/bashing players (ie: the goal is to resolve problem, not to create some more!)
- doesn't have an history of bad behavior
- actually understood everything I wrote in this topic
