Only players ranked 40+ in Singles and 25+ in doubles may play this Challenger. Anyone ranked lower (#1-39 in singles and #1-24 in doubles) cannot play this challenger.

Draw Size: 32(S), 16(D)
Number of sets: Best of 3
Mode: Fair (Simulation)
Minimum Delay: 117ms

The winner will receive 125 points (i think ).
The draws will be created on Saturday 10th OR Sunday 11th September, 2011 (depending on queue numbers).

Of course you can play it, i think that you doesnt have rank, so you can, only players 1-40 ranked cant play it.

Like Maxy said, you don't need a ranking to participate. You just queue in and depending on numbers in the queues, you may be forced to play qualifying.
