Manutoo has explained something here about NOLE.LUCKY here --> viewtopic.php?f=25&p=68173#p68132, so yes, NOLE.LUCKY will still be allowed to play Newport and DC for this occasion only, but of course, this small tournament still counts towards his current small tournament count. In the future, this won't be allowed and i've posted something here to make it clear for next time. ..
