Nice and enjoyable match, he gave me a pretty hard though the conditions were slow. He saved 3 set points at 5-3 first set and I had a pretty bad break point conversion rate (he took pretty good advantage of his chances). I was playing a little better in the 2nd, and i thought he hung on and fought pretty well until the end. GG and GL!

it was great match but unfortunately with huge ping because sharapova is from australia and I'm from croatia but we hang it out somehow till the end.
I took one BP point that I had but unfortuntely lost my serve in next game after that it was hard to come back in first set.
second set offered some great points but sharapova clinched it with early break and later with another one.
however - it was really enjoyable match with really good rallies.

congrats to sharapova for great game and good sportmanship and GL in tournament.
