But Why dont you availeble on msn????? Can not reached anywhere...I sent message hotmail, because you are always offline msn....Why? 3:0 the result is me when you asked me to host. I couldn't host (UDP port problem).. Then I couldn't reach, you are again offline msn. That's all, is no fair. Playing the game now, You host!

Well, since you are new, Yes, you can still play your match if your opponent agrees to and RL means Random Luck. If a match hasn't not been played and the deadline for the particular round has arrived, an RL decision is normally decided (depending on yours and your opponents rank).
