Addition to Rules

After I talked to manutoo...and heard his opinion, and I decided to make another official rule.
As you know MSN is instant messenger that we use to contact other players to play a match. So its part of Tennis Elbow Tour and it should be treated like it.
But some players used it like a media to abuse, insult, spam and provoke other players, without getting into any trouble for doing so.
So in order to prevent that abusing, I decided to forbid any such behaviour towards TE players.
So from NOW on, any insult, abuse, constant spam or provoking of any TET player will be treated the same as Insulting other players here on forum or Ingame. And person who does that will be banned on TE tour for a period of time.
First violation will be treated as 1 tournament ban, other violation with more.
MSN supposed to be a media that connects players and supports TET, however over time its more and more used to abuse (on any mentioned way) other players that "you" dont like.
So from Now on, every player that wants to report that kind of behaviour has to send me a screen of that particular converstaion where "they" got abused on any way.
If someone starts to use additional programs and pretend to be some other person, and starts doing any of those behaviours will be banned for a whole year.
So if this is just a game (like everyone is saying), then we can all forget about personal outbursts on each other. And there should be no mentioned problems at all.
