Kimiko Date Krumm (formerly Krisztian Jakab) is banned for 8 months (8 September 2011 - 8 May 2012) for his outburst after losing his US Open doubles match, constantly using profanity and insulting inappropriately, especially when this isn't the first time occurring.
He'll miss the rest of the 2011 season and the first half of the 2012 season, but he may play Team Cup.

EDIT: His ban has been reduced to 3/4 of his sanction (banned until beginning of February.)

Based on how far back his bad behaviour goes and how he's been unable to change I advise a lifetime ban. Yes, even considering the current state of the Tour.

Take it as you will.
