Ban is effective immediately. This means automatic disqualification from any tournament.

He knew he was banned but decided to go his way. He will now miss Montreal, Cincinnati, Winston-Salem and the US Open.

Daniik has been redeemed a final and last chance to play on tour for specific reasons. His ban has been cancelled for now, but he can only play on tour under these strict conditions:

1. He must play for Moldova (for specific reasons)
2. He must ONLY play and register for tournaments using ONE account.
3. If he is to make a new nickname, he is to keep that nickname for at least one year and is to no longer make anymore forum accounts after he creates this final account.
4. He is strictly NOT allowed to create or run his own tour.
5. His sisters/cousins are NOT allowed to play on tour.
6. There were also a couple more rules discussed on msn to comply with.

If he is to break any of these rules/conditions, he will be automatically banned again until the end of the above ban ends (After the US Open).
