Yep, sure does. Anything ATP500 and under (incl. challengers) all count as small tours.

i didnt say that man ...but anyway you will lose by lag rule with other opponents

oh , yeah , now i remenber :
today also it started lag in my match with B.Z. , i said to him to rehost or play in other time..
he said play now or retire and he blocked chat .. and after that he broke me and let it to the tiebreak and won ...
