actually if ur opponent switches applications for more than 1 minute and u quit , ur opponent gets the penalty not u ..but during ur opponents swapping apps , u shudnt enter into menus , watch replays etc . u have to wait for 1 min before quitting ..so u mihgght have swapped apps for more than 1 minute and RICHARD GASQUET might have quit after 1 min ..Thats u got the penalty it has happened with me also ...but stillim not 100 percent sure oof this rule

If you just care about the ELO penalty i'm sorry but that's quite ridiculous, ELO is really useless so just quit when some guy is playing like that and that's the end of the story.
