What to say... Great match. I'm happy with the way i played, tough i'm not happy with the scoreline.

I broke him at first to lead 4-3, he broke back, i broke again to lead 5-4 and finished the set. I came back from a 0-3 deficit in the 2nd set but lost again 3 straight games. Connection broke at 5-4 in the 3rd set. I kinda lost my rythm then and lost the set so. I played well to lead 5-0 in the 4th and secured it with 6-2.
I lead 2-0 in the 5th set. Somehow he stopped to make errors...

I wish you good luck in the next rounds.

Strange situation , after we tried to play this afternoon with Gilles Simon (but we agreed to play later to see if the lag was going to be better), he quitted the game all suddenly and since that time no sign from him, he didn't even connect during the evening... :thinking:

The deadline for round 32 is tonight so i don't know what's going to happen now. Please Tog let me know.

So Gilles and me finally agreed to ask for an extra-day, because the connection wasn't possible today.

i had this match in my hands , and i think i was able to beat him .... tho he was more in the match , and i think he wanted to beat me badly ( like me at montreal , when i was on 'fire' ) .. hes a great dude , i wish him the best of luck ! and i really hope clay isnt my best surface , becouse if i lose at Wimbledon before the final , ill probably retire .. i cant stand lossing in the 4 GS-s semis :annoyed:

what an epic match, i have to thank him for delaying the game later after i told him it wasn't possible to play for me with the lag

He is great, plays a bit like me, but in the 4th set i've been lucky on a bp and it helped me a lot to win the match.
