Sybille Bammer def. Lukas84 6-0 6-0

The match was very different, from the first match we both played last year at the Challenger in Szeczin.

I know that he has big problems with the new version.
I mean I saw sometimes his talent. His shots had been ok. But his movement wasn't ok.

Anyway i wish you good luck.

Kind Regards, Klaus

it was clearly a horrible match from both. but mainly, ero was not on the court today and i am really sad for him. we did tons of errors (more than 20 each), and ero did so many df (i never see him doing them). my net game worked perfectly and allowed me to stay safe on my serve. except in the first set (42 for him) he had 0 more bp and i had only 2/20 in bp.
i proposed to finish the match tomorrow, but ik ero, he considers a match has to be played without interruption.
i realy hope you will feel better soon and have a great tournament in ao.

'LetsGoBro' comments about the match: "As a debutant to the tour, I think i played quite solid in key moments in the first set but it was a little misfortunate that I had to forfeit the match at the start of the second due to continuous heavy bouts of high ping and lag :?. Santiago92 is a great player, he had me under pressure with his serve and groundstrokes which just shows that he isn't the number 8 seed in this tournament for nothing  . Playing my first tournament ever here in Sydney is a great experience for me, and in all honesty, I actually felt quite good out there (up until the end of the 1st set) and I wasn't nervous on the occasion. Right now I'm just going to get as much match practice as possible leading up to the Australian Open, which is the first grand slam ever that ill be playing in. As for Santiago92, I wish him all the best in Sydney, and for the rest of the 2010 season :applause: ".

Thanks! I hope you get better within some time  and good luck for future!

reserve match for the final

tati cornet def hakanomoku 61 36 62
it was a good match but i had real luck on numerous points. we both did 18 errors. but i did more winners. i could defend really well and i wa ssurprise to hit a lot of winners from baseline. but as i said, haka had no luck, he missed several balls. he really played good in the second with few errors and great attack and defense.
if this match is the good one for the final, our h2h is now 2-2 :p
you know you are one of the players i like the most on te.
good luck agaisnt richou and for the australian open.

Richou def Hakanomoku 6-1 6-1

we both served pathetically, he was under 50% and i was barely over. the name guillermo coria springs to mind.

Richou def Tati Cornet 6-3 6-3

he started if stronger broke me for 1-3 then i won the next 5 games in a row. second set was a little tougher, it got to 4-3* before i was finally able to break him

gg to both and gl in the AO!

richou def tati cornet 63 63

good match, i think it was good quality. i was leading 3-1 ad but then he was really on every point and could win 5 straight games. i have a weird feeling in this match. i was defending slightly short, my volleys were slow (almost no winners in volley) and my attack semmed slow too. but his attack was quite the same, maybe it was the connexion, idk (only 90 ms). but this volley story was annoying as i always hit tons of winners with it in normal times.
we wre both lucky on some points, but when he broke at 3-3 in the firs,t i am sure his ball was out. maybe i am wrong.
anyway good match, it could be closer but ok. happy to begin the ao :p
