RL is used if:
1. Two players cannot find a mutual time to play.
2. Ping is too high for a playable match.

Both of these are decided by the mods. You can read more about it here: topic23-2904.php

niku,well i played in night hours becos i normally get playing time then becos i go to college and practical from morning to night 9'o clock but i sometimes be available in evening also for an hour or so.so try to be online at those times.well i came online couple of times and asked tog whether u were online or not.i even checked u in yahoo mail but i cant see u in msg too but i think u were not there when i was online.but np today if we get proper time hopefully we wud play ok? i have to go to college now
