2nd round

Capt Hammer defeat Krisztian Jakab (6) 6-3 6-3

He said I was lucky on a lot of shots but I just think he was not at his best and he really underestimated me. GL for the next tournaments. :)

We need more players like this instead of the ones trying to kill their opponents with their lag.

Dementieva - BlackyM 6-1, 6-3

I was playing really bad, biggest problem was that I just coulnd't make deep fast acceleration shot no matter what I did...it was frustrating, everything was slow and falling in the middle of the court which made it easier to defend and attack for him. But even very low number of my good shots that I made he caught and countered.

So in first set i was continously trying to make good shot, but i just coulnd't it didn't work at all, that was even counter effective and produced vast number of errors.

Second set, I started little bit better, making lower number of errors, but I still couldn't make good shot at all, only deep shots that I had were spins, so I tried to changed tactics, and go more on the net. At first that was good Idea so I broke him for 3-2, but immediately next game, few his great attacks and my misses got him back into the set. After that he played really good and won the match.

Maria Sharapova - BlackyM 6-1, 6-3
I dont htink u played bad at all cause i played u lot of times...maybe u didnt have some fast fast shots but saying u let the ball in the middle court...hum probably because i amde u runa lot blacky...it looks like I didnt do a thing lol...Well i attacked a lot i was very powerfull and its hard to counter...I know u can put deep shots, u didnt today but thats not the main cause for ur loss...

Maria Sharapova - Togtdyalttai- 6-3 6-4

I can't even believe in this...I did the match of my life played so well, I did 59 winners he broke me a single time. I started with the break at 1-0 then went all way up till 5-0, at 5-0 he serves and does the 5-1 then breaks me and does 5-3, at 5-3 got focused and did winners and 6-3... Second set a tough one, No breaks till 4-4 games to deuce great points, i was always accelerating and he defended everything, at 4-4 i said gotta be now and started to do winners, did 2 great winner to 5-4...At 5-4 i have like 40-o he saves the three match points then another adv for me he saves again, Then i do a winner for adv and at 5-4 long rally i attack attack attack then do a dropshot he reaches do a volley he responds do another volley and win the match... Great match it was a tremendous fight... I'm so happy with my game it was a fantastic match...Congrats tog and FIRST FINAL OF THE YEAR :applause: :applause: :applause: :applause: :applause: :applause: :applause: MARIA SHARAPOVA'S BACK
