Hakanomoku retires!

Postby Hakanomoku » 27 Nov 2009, 02:48

I've thought thousand of times to retire lol so I knew this time would come. I've definitely lost interest in this game
and I have to get concentrated in other things in my life coz I've started college and a new life in a new city!
I've enjoyed a lot playing with all of you, I will always remember you!!! :D hehe.
Don't worry moderators that I'll finsih my WTF matches coz it wouldn't be fair to retire in the middle of a tournament.
I just want to thank you all for making this game a really important hobby in my life :D
I doubt I will come back next season but you know, you can't say never in this life! xD. (look at Henin XD)
I just want to name some players that were really important for me in this game.
First of all I want to thank JHON-DIM my best friend in the tour :D You know, our relationship was more than talking
about TE and tennis, you were a kind of "penfriend" for me lol. I hope to keep in track with you ;)
I have to name also Jeroen, Vanessa, Tati, Klaus, Tog, Voja and many others that helped me a lot and spend great
time talking! :)
So good luck to all of you in TE and in your life and have fun! CYA!

We played just once but I know you were a great player, it's sad to see you retiring but you have big reasons to do it...I wish you the best of luck in college and everything that you will do in the future.

I'm so sorry to hear this!
Haka, you are one of the best players in the game, and more importantly you are one of the best people in the game. I wish you the best in your life, and I seriously hope you come back in 2010 because you add a lot to this community, both on and off the court. You will indeed be missed, and I hope we can play some exhibitions sometime for old times sake--or just chat :) .

:? I am really sorry to hear this because you are the best person in TE for me... :( :( :( And of course a great player! We haven't talked much but from several sentences everybody can see that you are a very good guy... :) Some people need to look up to you a little... Unfortunately, I can't force you to stay... :( We played several times and 2 times in finals, but in bad conditions, so I hope that you will come back next year... GL in your further life...

hi Hakanomoku, you are going to retire too? Well, sad to see you go. I had some good memories of playing with you, as you were my first opponent of the first tournament of this season I think. Although I won, I always knew you had the potential to be one of the best back then. and now ur top 8. :D

Well, best of luck to you in all your future endeavors in college! I hope we keep in touch and we might play sometimes again too. :)
