Togtdyalttai def R.Nadal 6/1 6/3 6/4

Weeell ...

I must say that i expected myself to loose, even if i knew i could win, but i'm quite satisfied of the way i loosed :)
When you loose 6-0 6-0 while winning 3 points the match before, it doesn't give you lot of confidence :? but i knew i improved alot since then.
I think i didn't played bad, but with the little lag i missed ALOT of balls, but him too.

In the 1st set,i used the wrong tactic that works with everybody but him :? , trying to hit winner after my 1st serve, or a dropshot but he's everywhere  . As the great (best) defender he is, there was no way :| i tried everything but i was making many faults, and him not.

In the 2nd set, i tried to play longer rallies, using topspin. I must say that it worked not bad, but he's good in this game too.
I think i managed to break him one time in this set. there was a funny game at 0-1 my serve (i think) with 7 equalities :D that he won, with good rallies. After this game, i thought i was lead 2 sets to 0, what happened few minutes after.

The 3rd set was really close (on my opinion), i played better, making less bad choices, and i led 3-1. But with the lag and the great returner he is, my serve wasn't efficient (even if i think i shot like 7-8 aces) and he broke me back. At this time i was still believing i could win the set.
Then at 4-4 30/40, i made a bad unforced error under pressure. Then he served for the match, i saved 2 match points at 40-15, but the 3rd was the good.

Congrats, i've never met S.Williams, but i think you're the best player with Richou in my opinion.
I had like 10 BP, him 22.
Soderling method : I told myself that nobody can beat me 2 times in a row, next time i'll tell myself that no one can beat me 3 times in a row :D

Oh and one good quality that Tog have is that he adapt hiself very well, remembering every shot that works well and spending it. And he's very fair play too.

Thanks for all the kind words, R.Nadal. The only thing that stood out to me about this match was the lag. It was awful. I know it affected both of us, it's hard to say which one it affected more. At 3-4 in the 3rd, I was getting a little worried, I really didn't want to play another set in these conditions. Luckily I was able to get it together and manage to win the next 3 games.

Togtdyalttai(1) def. Vojatenis(16) 6-2 6-2 6-2

I think he tried playing with different tactics, and they were quite unsuccessful. I was able to get a lot of free points on my serve, and that helped a lot. His drop shots were pretty successful, but he wasn't able to get the ball past me hardly at all so he couldn't really use the drop shots too often.
