About the length, believe me, I have longer matches than most people (I'm a defensive player) and a set on a surface other than clay will rarely take more than half an hour, and I don't think you'll have as long rallies as I do so for you it probably won't be more than 15 minutes. You can even get through a tiebreak set in that amount of time.

yeah..thx for worrying abt me...but i played my first online match ( 1 set only ) today..against @simplyishan..we both are friends ever since we met on Orkut. In fact, he was the one who introduced me to tennisElbow 2009 and its online tournies and this forum..

so yeah..i got that thing abt ping..i dont know why it prompted me to register b4 being able to Internet games...but today..it all went smooth..although i lost the set 6-2..first 4 games he was struggling wid his serve and then next 4 games i was trying to put one inside...when i did he punished it..LOL..

but one serious thing i noticed abt usage today..our match lasted only 10 mins (plus 5-7 mins more of trying to establish a connection)..all this took my net usage from a mere 37 MB to 329 MB...all this with a just a 10 min game..so i have decided to play tournies first for gaining experience..especially when ping is hovering between 150 ms and 200 ms..i have never playe at low speeds..that means I will now play all my online matches after 2 am Indian Standard Time(IST) which is around 8:30 PM GMT..so please whoever plays next wid me..plz co-operate

why is the draw for qualifying round not yet out?????????/

the Q draw comes out along with main draw, and no one said for sure that it will be today and even if it will be out today, we still have few hours of saturday, tog has even more...
