Removing names after retiriment

Postby TTennisfan » 31 Jul 2009, 22:16

Many players have quitted TE now

Bajko, Roshane, Jazzo, Allez Amélie, gulbis, milos (unofficial) and many mores....
and all of them still have a rank, I mean it's ridiculous being out and still having a ranking, can't we just remove their names??? even if they have points remaining?

i think it's stupid if the player doesn't want to be withdrawn.
look ro fed you want to come back the next year.so it's better to come back with a nice rank than with no rank at all.

in that case, the concerned player has to ask to be withdrawn of the rankings. if he doesn't, he can stay :p

I think removing names is a bad idea and it's also not made at the atp tour.
Just when a player wants to be removed, than you should remove him/her.
