Sybille Bammer def. JJ's Lord 6-1 6-4

It was a really tough match. I was really nervous because it was my first singles on the tour, where i had chances to win.

1. set
really close at the beginning. then i made a break to a 3-1 lead and then it was fast. but in the most games it was really close. i had luck to win 6-1.

2. set
it was on serve till 5-4 for me. then i made the break. he served a lot of aces but also double fault.

so, nice macht

BlackyM - Somil 6-3, 6-0

First set he played fairly good until 2-2, but then started to make lots of errors...and it continued till the end of the match...I didn't had much problems to finish it in this way.
I think that he is capable of much better play, and I'm sure that he'll show that soon

He did retire. Manutoo can check the logs, and he admitted it to Chiller anyway. That screenshot is from the second time we tried to play, after he had already retired. He had held his serve after refusing to start where he retired from, waiting about 20 seconds between each serve. Then in the second game when I as serving, he wouldn't stop going into menus and chatting, or going into menus and just staying there. Finally the game froze and I went into the chat that said exactly what I said in the screenshot, and left. It only helps prove my point. I actually don't care about this game that much compared to other aspects of my life, and I certainly won't do anything for a win.

I'm not being taken advantage of. Simply put: You cannot retire in the third game, and expect to restart the match. Nor can you just leave and pick it up later. They are the rules. If maciek were my friend or a nice person, maybe I would consider giving him a third chance, but he has insulted me in the past and I have no time to deal with his obnoxious behavior.

Hey everybody!

I would like to help my friend, Maciek78. Because he played a match, and there was a lot of unlucky things . First I think he won the match and if her oponent's computer froze, I think it is not his problem and if her oponent didn't stop the game than it has to be his match. And I say sorry for Vanessa Child, I don't want to hurt her, baceuse she is my friend too. It is just my opinion and if there is something that didn't happen as I have written, you can write it to me Vanessa Child, we can speak it without any bad words or something bad and we will be friends after that either.
Good luck for everybody! :D :D :D :D :D :D :D :D

Nobody seems to understand this situation except for tati. This is not up in the air at all. Both of the mods support my decision.

Everyone who seems confused about this situation, please read these key points to understand more clearly:

I was winning the match, and he retired. This is not a debate. It is fact. Manutoo can confirm this in the logs, Chiller can in conversations with both myself and maciek.

When I finally agreed to allow him a second chance to play, he damanded we start over. After this he was very obnoxious (read my above posts for examples).

The screen shot is from the second time I gave him a chance. Please read the posts to understand the situation. Thank you.

Lastly I want to say:
People seem to think this is a debate. The rules say, you can retire because of lag in the first 2 games. After that it is a retirement.

And haas, what is your name in TE? You claim to be my friend but I have no idea who you are :? .
