A matter of sexism. TTennisFan/Ro.Fed.

Postby Leena » 28 May 2009, 21:08

TTennis made this derogatory post towards females to me in this thread:

"ca m'enerve entendre parler de cette salope..."

topic11-2169.php&start=45

First off, he shouldn't be speaking French in the English section. His intention was to hide his "I'm tired of listening to this BITCH" line to Manutoo.

I am very offended by these sexist comments, and I was told to report these things instead of just ignoring them. So, here you go.

It should also be noted that this isn't the first occasion of this child harassing people with insensitive, hate-filled comments.

topic13-1680.php&start=0

Idk about you guys, but I think this definately deserves a suspension or banning of some form...

Hello Leena,

a quick French lesson : today, the derogatory word "Salope".

"Salope" can have 2 meanings :
1- "slut", which is destined to describe a woman easy to have sex with many guys or other emancipated sexual behavior, and which is utterly sexist meaning
2- "treacherous woman" (I guess "bitch" is close of that meaning in English), which is destined to describe a woman who shown unfair, disloyal behavior, and which isn't sexist at all ; the masculine word is "salopard", which could be translated to "bastard", and I don't think you'd see yourself as a sexist if you were saying this to a guy (at least, it's french, it isn't :) )

So now, let's see the context of the reply of TTennisFan : he said this just after you impersonated Maciek, said racist comments, and were arguing with Ying-Chang, including naming her with a racist nickname.
So my guess is that he used the 2nd meaning, not the 1st one.

So I think he wasn't sexist, "only" insulting. Maybe I should have deleted this post, but I was a bit overwhelmed by the whole situation, so I wasn't sure what to do, so I did nothing... ...

"Bitch" is still sexism. It's an offensive term towards a WOMAN. The insult was clearly based on my sex. That is sexism.

I did not use a racist nickname in that thread. I mistyped her name, like someone else did yet nobody raises a stir. topic23-2197.php?start=105

Which is beside the point. He has no reason to insult me. I did nothing to him.

I know nothing will be done here. I just have an odd interest as to why every moderator here is trying to rid like the only poster here that helps people, a repeated paying customer, acts over the age of 16...

You decided to report this 2 WEEKS after Ro.Fed made the comment because...you just want more drama? How mature. Can't we just let it rest it's getting very tired very fast.

No one would have to insult you if you stopped acting like you're on some type of medication. Just sayin'.

The humor in someone telling me that Ro.Fed should insult me because I'M on medication.

Could the kids here be any more rude?

Anyway, I left this tour for a reason... I don't want to deal with the ignorant kids anymore.

I just have an odd interest as to why every moderator here is trying to rid like the only poster here that helps people, a repeated paying customer, acts over the age of 16...

Manu, I'd like an answer to this over PM if you have any interest in answering my worries here.

Not because you're on, but because you're acting like you're on meds. There's a difference. lol Symptons include paranoia, frequent temper tantrums, etc...lol

Bitch is not sexism at all, in spanish it's "Puta" and, at least in Argentina, we use that when we are insultting, and maybe it's a "romantic word" in some cases...

I'll get myself banned now since I truly hate most of you sexist, Eurofag trash. Especially after reading this from Manutoo.

3) if u don't want to be sexually harassed in the game, change ur name to a neutral name ; u could still play the same, except without the annoying comments...

I wonder why he didn't say the same thing to the zipperhead gook.

And if I ever have to read a post like this: "I,m so good att this gamelol.yeah go chiller." from the f*cking retarded sand nigger again, I'm going to scream.

So, to conclude... Manutoo, I bid you a hearty F*CK YOU. And have fun with the little kids that play your shitty game. None of which will ever pay you a dime. And no longer will I. Well done.
