Hi people!

8 players are in Masters Cup:
Ro.Federer, Chiller, E.Dementieva, BlackyM, Tom Paulman, Zuzana Ondraskova, Milos & Kyuuji.

Rules are simple:
Matches will be played round by round. You must wait until Round 1 is completely finished to play your Round 2 match! If you play your match too soon, it won't be counted.
Group matches and semifinal matches are played on Best of 3 sets.
Final match is played as Best of 5 sets.
All matches are played on Indoor Hard surface and Fair mode.

You have 3 days to play your match. Round 1 is played from November 3rd to November 6th. Better hurry up!

Yes why this rule , and 3 days of deadline when we are 1 week earlier?

That rule is here because we thought it would be more interesting if rounds are played 1 by 1, just like in RL.

Yes but at least we could play our 2nd or 3rd match and when all matches are done we post it ?

Well, I have been unlucky in this match, and in crucial moments.

First set Zuzana broke me at 2-1, well at 30-30 he made drop shot which was deflected by net, and just fell into my side of the court (that was first and last time that happened in the whole match). And then at 30-40 I sent ball out for 3rd time in that game.
I had even chance for BP, but I didn't make it.

Then in second set I made BP at 1-0 for me, but Zuzana saved it.
Then at 1-1, I saved 2 BPs,and after about 10 deuce I finally won my service game.
Then we have no BPs until 5-5, but every single game of the set he had 0-30 on my serve, I mean every single game. Usually I would won 5 points in a row.
But at 5-5, and 30-30, he made drop shot, which wasn't deflected by net, but somehow I missed the ball. I was soo pissed for making that kind of pacer's error. I saved that BP, I saved it much easier then I saved 2 more BPs, which were very tough points.
At 6-5 for me I pressed him. And I found my self with 2 BPs (set points) but he saved that, one with my wrong movement, other I couldn't do shit.

Then in tiebreak, in the middle of first point game stopped for a sec which confused me, my player made wrong shot and Zuzana made minibreak.
Then at 3-0 I sent lob into out for a millimeter. And that was it...he had 6-1, I won two of my points, but couldn't do more.

We can play the 2nd round from now! (RED GROUP)

A tough one .As expected was a bit rusty made tons of errors.Tom played well and served very cleverly on important points.I was leading 5-4 in the TB and lost tat set lol.I should have closed it in the 2nd set itself as i had 6 breakpoints but it had to go 3 didnt it lol.
Well played Tom GL for other matches in Shanghai .

E.Dementieva has not appeared here nor on msn, nor he contacted anyone in the last couple of days (since tournament started) and also he didn't apply on tournament like everybody else did so we won't wait for him anymore. Sorry Elena, see you maybe on Masters Cup next year.

Eronakold will replace E.Dementieva in Gold Group, as he is the first alternative.
