Data - Models - Textures - Female to add shirts/shorts

and then go into scripts / gamesys and then you'll see this..

NbPreset = 0
FirstType = 1
NbType = 87 - Change this number accordingly with how many new shirts you have added and do the same under [Female_Shorts] to add shorts

When I am in "Female", I don't see "SCRIPTS" ^^

But I've got an other question, it that normal that after IW, I can't play Miami ?

Scripts is somewhere in between the Data - sound - Menu folders

It's just a mistake, if you download the new patch these problems have been fixed

Even if i told you how to fix your Indian wells/Miami problem, you would have to start your career again, so you won't be able to play in them both.
