Ok thank you. I play in 3D step to 2D but when no see the courts. Is it necessary to have the full game? because I have the demo.

To play with this patch, yes, you need to have the full game.
To play online without this patch, you don't need to have full game

You can use ITST Patch with any Build of the game. It should work just fine. Let me know if it does not.
