I have 2 doubts:

1.- How can i add this court to ULTIMATE ATP 2016?
2.- How can i create a new court where i can add the court that i desire?

I'm new here and i don't know if i was wrong to let these questions in this post. If i did bad please guide to me, and of course i hope you can help me to solve these questions.

2 ways to install courts under a patched game:

1a. copy and paste the new court.jpg and the new court.ini to any existing court-folder ( you will lose the old files there !!! )
Than copy and paste the new .tga-file to menu/art/ico (this will be the new courts icon )

1b. I always do the way 1a. and when all old courts are replaced I just create a new copy of the whole TE-game, name it new and start again with court 1.

2. If you prefer adding new court-folders think twice:
the number of court-folders will increase very much and you always have to edit the menu/global.def (for the number of icons) and the scripts/gamesys.ini ( for the nets ).

To make your players look like that, just pull all the saturation out of them (feels like a vampire) and out of their equipment.
The main issue: pull their power ( forehand, backhand and service ) down to nearly 25 % and you will get
the real feeling of the wooden rackets of that time.
You will play wonderful tactical rallyes and not just the today’s tennis “shot`em out” !
