idk why? Bought a key in december.....
I had this same issue. What I did was uninstalled everything. Then I re installed Tennis Elbow, downloaded the patch, downloaded my key, and opened Tennis Elbow from the directory folder.

Check if you're playing with the 3D courts off in video options...

não está perfeito mas está brutal , estou bues da viciado nisto .
Só uma perGunta , como é que coloco todos os joadores disponíveis quando inicio o world tour na parte de pickinG a player.
por ex: o fred Gil não aparece, não é cool ( mas o Rui machado aparece o que já é porreiro
