You applied the colour replace pretty badly, it has missed some of the areas it should cover and covered some it should miss (the eyes, eyebrows and lips)
I fixed this myself and earlier and tried the face in-game, here's how it looks:
Not too good
I've downloaded some of the others, but not yet tried them in-game. I can see you still need to fix the color-replacement a bit on each of them (though they aren't as bad as Petrova). It's pretty easy to fix again though (for example, for the eyes, just desaturate and increase brightness a little using the replace colour tool).
Did you know I did a Mirza face last week?
