Hey guys, one question: on the tour (not in the Training), federer and some other Players have a wrong animation? How can I change them?

Happy that you enjoy the patch! The file that you can't find is tennis.ini. And to make the scoreboard work remember you need to have the last version of the game.

Not possible, you didn't copy everything from Data (1) to Data.
I made a lot of Davis Cup outfits, but I will post just the preview of some of them:

I made only one outside top 100 which is Steve Johnson.

It's actually in the Davis Cup Data folder. You replace Outfitoly by Outfit in playersatp.ini
