Download and install my new version.
Moreover if you want to change the sb in the Training Mode, adapt the following line in hud.def:

def HUD_TrainingClub HUD_ATPWTF

Yes but only to change the scoreboard of the Training&Online mode.
However the sb used in the World Tour mode should automatically change in accordance with your current tournament.

Two questions, my program files folder for Tennis Elbow doesn't have any menu or scripts. Do I need to change these things in my Pak01? If not, what do I need to do?

How do I get a WTA version of the scoreboard system so that it works after installing this?

1/ Before installing my mod, you should mod your TE 2011 installation: read doc under Data/HowToMod.html
2/ WTA version: in the Menu directory, replace "hud.def" by "hud_WTA.def" (not guaranteed)
