I got a question about creating the hitframe with the sphere.
When you have created the sphere, do you create the hitframe manually or is it possible to let the center of the racket pass this sphere automatically?

Coming soon: Djokovic bh slice

Nope, you have to do it manually but by modifying the closest previous (or/and next) keyframe... :(
Or you can create the hit point keyframe directly which I don't like to do. But if you manage to still have a smooth animation at the end, then this is not a problem ;)
I'll upload a video to show you how I do it.

A little video th show how I spot the hit point keyframe without actually creating it and using a 300FPS speed

Jono, the overall animation is good (speed, smoothness, realism) but there is a problem with the spines.
As I see it :
-Spine 0 (bottom one) : modify it to make the biped lean (to the sides or to the front)
-Spine 1 (middle one) : should not be touched IMO
-Spine 2 (top one) : modify it to increase the upper body curve or the shoulder rotation if necessary.
At 0:05, after the ball is hit, the upper body has a bizarre curve (a curve to the right). I think you rotated Spine 0 to the right too much or forgot to make it return to the original state once the rotation wasn't needed any more (see image attached).

Too much in front and also to slow...Jano, just cut some frames for the ball toss :) also in the servewaiting, bend his body in front a little bit...like that:

Watch also the hand position

The reason why I think you did it like that is because you took as a benchmark to copy a Djokovic serve in training (which are easier to find, I know)....The problem is that many times the strokes are different....I think we should always take in consideration the ingame strokes which generally are faster and with more body rotation

Anyway, that's a very good animation besides the servicewaiting..no doubt about that

Perhaps an odd question, but one that maybe one of the anim makers or Manutoo can answer:

I recently upgraded to the new build from 1.0c after filling all of my outfit slots in my previous install. One thing I found useful before was to use an unassigned animation (the one with the arms oustretched) on the character as it allowed me to see parts of the model that I otherwise could not. When trying the same thing with 1.0d I got a different pose (something like a return stance) instead, which was not useful for what I wanted.

Basically, I wondered if it would be possible to either revert to the old animation, or for someone to create a new one duplicating that pose?

torto14,
if you used the menu script command "PlayAnim x" , just raise x by 1, coz I added 1 anim since v1.0c (the character sheet stance, which is the was the previous idle stance).

torto14,
look in "Menu/CharSheetCustomize.Menu" ... I have no idea it'll do what you want or not, though...

- forehand volley
- backhand volley
- smash
- forehand slice
