Honestly, Sam should not have to go that far out of his way. It's really straight forward, if you have the latest version, you unzip his patch and copy the folders into your main Tennis Elbow 2011 folder. Overwrite the folders that need to be and DONE!! I never had to open Pak02, use qped or anything like that.

Ok guys I will make this clear:
You MUST have the full version of the game WHICH MEANS THE FULL VERSION OF IT or else I can't answer your questions.

Nope that is not, you have to copy the Pak02 from the new build and replace it with the Pak02 of the patch, but the 2012 patch (which I don't know when it will be released) will be the latest version

1)you have to copy the Pak02 from the new build (by installing the patch on your desktop and then copy pak02) and replace it with the Pak02 of the patch
2)Open Pak01 with QPed, go to menu then export "build.txt" and "buildmac.txt" on your desktop. Then Copy these two and paste it in your Menu directory (TennisElbow\Menu)
3)you have to copy the TennisElbow.exe from the new build (by installing the patch on your desktop and then copy TennisElbow.exe) and replace it with the TennisElbow.exe of the patch

Thank you so much for all your work Sam. I bought the game and also downloaded your patch 2 days ago. I enjoy both of them !.

Ok I have another solution that worked for me... (and I think have the same effects that the solution proposed by Sam).

-Install the latest build (full game, not the patch, so do a clean installation). Now, the latest version and build is 1.0d Build 81.
-Replace all folders and files included in Sam's patch with the originals (IMPORTANT! do not replace the files "Pak01.Pak" and "Pak01.Pak" included in Data folder of Sam's patch, so these files have to be the originals of the game, not modified.
-Go to the "Menu" folder, and delete "Build.txt" and "Buildmac.txt".
-Enjoy the game with latest build (I think) and latest Sam's patch.

In the second step I would like to say "Pak01.Pak" and "Pak02.Pak" files.

I try this, but don't work. Same init error
