Ok I've received and checked your system.log.
And your TE version is too old (and perhaps bad...) for my scoreboards and sam megapatch:

Only one thing to do: update your TE version!!! (topic15-5074.php)

Other thing:
You didn't copy well all the files from sam megapatch:

Warning: can't find file 'IcoNoBorder\ATP1000\ScoreBoardName', with all kind of known extensions
Warning: can't find shader & texture 'IcoNoBorder\ATP1000\ScoreBoardName'

Check this file in your installation: Menu/Art/Ico/ATP1000/scoreboardname.tga

Just downloaded the game and your patch. I extracted your files into the Tennis Elbow 2011 folder. When I launch the game I get "Missing, Wrong Version, or Corrupted Data Files. Please re-install the game."

Any reasons why?

Soo... I'm not sure I quite understand how to "install" the patch. I download it... do I literally just extract the RAR file into the initial Tennis Elbow 2011 directory? That's ALL I do? I don't have to use QPed or anything?

If so, then I'm not sure exactly what I could be doing wrong.
